Our reconditioning process of electric forklifts includes the following:

- Check all motors and if necessary we will replace brushes, bearings, or rebuild motor.

- Check hydraulic system and if necessary we will reseal pumps, valves, cylinders and replace hoses and fitting.

- Check all functions and make all necessary adjustments.

- Check brakes and emergency brakes. If necessary we will replace any failing parts.

- Inspect Tires and if they are under 75%, we will replace them.

- Inspect mast and if necessary replace carriage bearings.

- Seat will be in good condition without rips. If necessary seat will be reupholstered or a new seat will be installed

- New Paint and decals

- Reconditioned Battery will be in 75% of a new battery condition or better. It will go through a reconditioning process to desulfate the battery and repair and replace any bad cells in the battery. Our forklift battery process takes 3-4 working days.
